Privacy in plain words

What PonchoGuard keeps, what it does not, and who sees what.

• We never sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers.
• Message text is deleted after 30 days. The answer and a short summary stay.
• Your family does not read your messages. By default helpers see only the risky moments and a short summary. Only the parent can change this (Dignity Mode).
• Screen shares are not recorded. The picture goes straight between devices, encrypted. Sound is never shared. A share lasts at most 30 minutes.
• Calls are not recorded. The phone line and check-in calls keep no recordings and leave no voicemails.
• PC Guard does not read your files or what you type.
• The browser extension checks pages on the computer. Their words and addresses never leave it.

See or change your information

1. Open Settings, then Your data, to download it or leave the family.
2. Or email us from the address you sign in with and ask to see, correct or delete it.
